The Committee on Ministry (COM) Annual Report

Members:  Bobbie Schilling, Judy Remsberg, Bryan Hess, Lucy van Tine

Meets: Almost every month with the Minister and occasionally the Board

Purpose: To nurture the Ministry and Minister of the Fellowship

The COM is most interested in making our Fellowship better.  We work best as a collecting place for your thoughts and we need your input so together we can use our voices to make the improvements we need.  The COM members listed above welcome your comments and suggestions.

 Activities:

• During the last year we have helped with the transition of the Fellowship Presidency. 
• Two of our members are working on the Interim Minister task force. 
• Supported Alice Smith in offering a seminar on communication training for 19 of our Fellowship leaders.
• Hosted a retreat with the Board to clarify goals for the near future.
• Worked to honor Buffy’s efforts with our Fellowship and provide satisfactory closure and celebration of the time we have spent with Buffy and Nick.
